What Wild Game Burger aficionado wouldn’t want to go ‘Face First’ into this juicy seasoned venison patty topped with sautéed baby bella mushrooms and a thick slice of ultra soft brie cheese. Melty Goodness!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground venison
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz baby bella mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz brie cheese
- 4 Brioche buns
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Pre-heat an outdoor grill.
- In a bowl, combine the ground venison, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 4 equally sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms, butter and olive oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes without stirring. Stir and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes or until mostly golden brown on all sides. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat when done.
- Set the patties on the grill grates for about 5-6 minutes per side. Top each patty with a slice of the brie cheese and top with mushrooms. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
- Spread mayonnaise on the insides of the brioche buns and set on the grill grate until toasted.
- Build your burger and enjoy.
