This blended marinade of sweet and spicy will kick up the flavor of your wild game roasts and steaks. I used a bottom round roast from my 2018 Wyoming Antelope. This marinade would also work on elk or venison.
Ingredients
Mix together the following ingredients and marinate your roast for 12-24 hours. Remove from marinade and grill until your desired doneness. Slice and serve.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thick balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
