					<description><![CDATA[I made the stuffed tenderloin earlier this week and it was AH-MA-ZING!  I used a caribou tenderloin and it definitely didn&#039;t butterfly open enough to use all of my filling but I just rolled with it.  The cooking instructions were perfect and the meat came out perfectly.  I will definitely make this again with a larger cut of meat.  I am so happy I stumbled across your blog!]]></description>
