Wow! Just made this with my daughter from her first antelope and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Thank you!

The whole family loved the little bit that we shared. Two of had tenderloins. The rest were stuck with bacon-wrapped leg roasts.

I tried the antelope taquito appetizer tonight and it was a huge hit with my bf and his grandson. I was happy to find a recipe that had ingredients in my cupboard. So easy and sooo tasty! Thank You!
