Another GREAT recipe of yours that we have thoroughly enjoyed!  The variation I tried was to use blue posole instead of the cannellini beans and it worked wonderfully.  I have to send kudos for the elk green chili as well.  With our fresh-frozen Hatch chilis, it was estupendo!  

Your cookbooks have made their way into both our daughter&#039;s (and husbands&#039;) hands along with a number of fellow islanders here in the Pacific NW.  Everyone is thoroughly enjoying exploring just how great wild game can be via your recipes.
