Thank you Emily… It’s fun to try new things and I know that hominy has such a great flavor as well as sweet potatoes. So with the sweetness of the bison and potatoes and the corn flavor of the hominy, it would make for a great match! Glad you loved it!

I’ve never seen a chili recipe with hominy and sweet potato, it was so uniquely delicious and I’m getting ready to make it again tonight!
