					<description><![CDATA[We used elk tenderloin and it was very good.  I didn’t have blackberries so substituted Marion berries since they are our favorite berry.  I couldn’t get the sauce to thicken so next time I may add a little cornstarch.  Excellent recipe overall.]]></description>
