Angie - I only added the recipe to make the sausage not for cooking the sausage. There are a lot of folks who like to smoke it or grill it. 

The photo you see was when I did cook it on a baking sheet on the Traeger Grill. I set the temp to 350 degrees and cooked for 30 minutes before setting directly on the grill grates for final cooking.]]></description>
