Nate - I know how that goes all to often. You need to be sure to snack on a few before bringing them to a party or serving for friends and family. 8)
Now you have a reason to make more for yourself. Thanks for sharing - always appreciate when folks take the time to let me know. Have a great day. We're off to shovel more snow.

This was the first antelope recipe that I've done as I just harvested my first this past fall. I brought these to a Superbowl party and they were gone in 20mins.

Wife was actually slightly mad that we didn't save any at home haha.

Love to hear that...Thank you for taking the time to let me know. I've made those with a variety of chilis. Here's another black bean version I made with bison. Done the same one with elk and venison as well. https://www.nevadafoodies.com/wild-game-black-bean-flautas/

Made last night for a get-together with neighborhood friends, all but one non-game eaters. Didn't last long.....everyone loved them. Could not find Anaheim chilis, so substituted fresh Banana peppers. Thanks for posting the recipe! Looking forward to trying more of them.
