Couple suggestions to pass on and try:
1) Cracker Steak - Simply dip any wild game steak in egg then coat with crushed, seasoned Saltine crackers. Then cook in a oil coated pan to your liking. Kids favorite!
2) Steak-Bites - Wrap steak cutlets in a slice of jalapeño, wrap with bacon and cook in pan or on the grill. Version of poppers just without the cream cheese.
3) Nevada Dept of Wildlife does a wild game cooking class at Nothing To It Culinary Center every year (nothingtoit.com). Check it out. Be great if you could present at the class. You website and recipes are awesome. Thanks
